Ordered a hot tub online stated 2 to 5 day delivery and that there was no delivery delays have received a confirmation email filled in numerous request forms for a phone call, and sent several emails to complaints team haven’t had a follow up call about my enquires from the reviews being left many customers are experiencing similar problems and haven’t received online orders , if they are struggling with online orders and there are serve time delays then why are they still letting people order from there site. Why are they still taking people’s money, surely this will only add to their work load and create more delays leaving more customers out of pocket. Why not shut website down for maintenance and deal with the orders they have and get a better structure in place to prevent this from continuing and get up to date with orders. Disgusting customer service, nothing but con artist. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY whilst I understand at this moment in time there are unforeseeable circumstances that may arise but a curtsy email to let customers know what is happening or even return requested phone calls to customers with regards to there queries. If they are struggling then they need to stop accepting online orders and deal with the orders of customers they already have. They WONT proving they are more concerned with profits then customer service, I plan on taking this as far as I can although I can claim payment back as I am covered through my credit card company but companies like this must be made an example of , it is against the customer trading standards to take money for a purchase, then not deliver item to the customer then make it impossible for the customer to make any sort of contact, with your company.
