I wouldn't even give them one star to be honest. I ordered 3 tins of F&B paint and some sandpaper on Mond 23rd March, receieved two emails saying there was a delay with my 3 day delivery due to Covid-19. Fair enough. I then receive an email saying my delivery is on its way doesn't say whats in the delivery. DHL deliver one package of sandpaper on Wed 2nd April. I can't get hold of anyone at Homebase to see whether the paint should be delivered too, i can't seem to find anywhere to teack the status of my origional order. I have emailed the helpdesk on Wed it is now Saturday and received no reply yet they have managed to take the £110 quick enough. I was hoping to have this in time for the easter break and thought that 3 weeks should be more than enough time for items to deliver. I can't even cancel the order from Homebase and order directly from F&B as i don't have the extra money. It is absolutley infuriating and the customer service is disgusting. I will NEVER shop in Homebase again nor would i reccomend anyone else to. If my delivery is delayed and in two seperate packages then so be it but would be good to know whether ive been tucked up by the delivery driver or if the paint is still on backorder. It stated it was in stock which is why i ordered it.
