Placed order on the 26th March (the day they shut stores). Was told my order would take 5 days (I paid £12.50 for the privilege). It's been 12 days. Received no communication as to what is happening. Went on their website, it said deliveries are taking 2-3 days longer. However both timescales have been and gone and received nothing. The worst thing is they don't communicate the delay nor reply to any of your messages asking for an update. I've contacted them via their online form, Facebook and Twitter - yet despite them asking you to DM them - they don't respond! They have debited hundreds of pounds from my bank account, and aren't telling me if my order is even being delivered! Total scam!
I understand things are tough at the moment but other retailers are adjusting delivery times and at least telling you when the order will be delivered. Homebase are simply not responding to anything. Shocking!
