Well this time has well and lapsed and I still haven't heard from you. I sent you now 3 messages on your customer service helpline. Complained on trust pilot and you have ignored my requests. (Don't even bother call because all of your phone lines are shut down). Like all the other disgruntled customers I am totally disgusted by this lack of response and dreadful customer service. You do not any any respect for your customers at all. All other companies despite being closed are offering a respectable service. My only wish I'd that I'd checked reviews first.
