I placed an order online on the 21st March 2020 with Homebase. I received part of the order a week and a half later. However, 5 weeks on from order date no sign of the rest of the order and no response from Homebase to my 3 emails since then (1st April, 7th April and 17th April). If anyone from Homebase is looking at reviews here, my order number is 4071225980.
During these difficult times when almost all businesses are trying their best to offer customers great service in order to stay in business, Homebase appear to have decided they can run a business without customers and customer service. I appreciate
these are difficult times but this is beyond pathetic. I have always shopped at Homebase because of the convenience but after this experience I will take my business elsewhere.
So if anyone is thinking of doing business with Homebase be prepared to have no delivery and no after care customer service. Oh by the way, they will take your money as soon as you order as well.
