Avoid Homebase!!! Ordered a patio garden set over 4 weeks ago - on 8th April was emailed to say item would be delivered within 7 days! Heard nothing since. Shame on you Homebase … all your competitors are coping and delivering within time frame. If you can't cope why do you continue to take more online orders and peoples money.
The Great British public will remember the professional companies that served them well and were honest during these uncertain times, these will be the surviving companies ….. I don't think Homebase will be included in this group.
