I ordered a home delivery over a month ago. I have received 1 parcel and have not received my other 2 parcels. I have contacted DHL and they have told me that no other deliveries are die to be sent my address. I have tried to email you on numerous occasions and have not received a single email back. I am disgusted with the poor service. You ate quick enough to take my money yet can not make contact back. And still no sign of my giid which I paid over £100 for. I would like to know where my delivery is or would like my money back, yet can not reach anyone. Very disappointed and disgusted.
