Really really disappointed with Homebase. Ordered a large amount of stones (over £100 worth) on 28th March. At my time of purchase, delivery was showing up to 10 days due to Covid 19, which was absolutely fine. It’s now 24th APRIL, I’ve sent 2 emails asking where my order is and when it will be dispatched and I have had absolutely nothing back. I’m really disappointed. I appreciate they are struggling to cope with the amount of orders they are getting HOWEVER loads of websites including B&Q/Wickes/Screwfix have started a queue system to get onto their website due to current demand. Other websites like Next have limited the amount of orders they accept in a day, so that they can fulfill orders. If you go onto the Homebase website, no queue to get on and they are still taking orders!! This just screams pure greed over customer service. Terrible company!
