Unfortunately I think Homebase need to really look at their web team and customer service team...understand that all businesses are impacted by Covid-19 but they've been handling things particularly poorly. We ordered an item, email comes through confirming the item in the wrong colour. We then cannot get hold of anyone despite calling multiple times throughout the day. They then changed to email contact only - however the email address they put on their instagram page is incorrect. It does baffle me how the comms department could fall apart quite so badly. We then got a random incorrect item delivered to us, then the correct order also delivered (but wrong colour) so now we're stuck with wrong goods that we tried to cancel. We're almost resigned to calling it a loss as getting hold of them appears to be a full time job. Managed to hear back from Bathstore...only to be redirected back to Homebase...order from Victoria Plumb instead, we got correct goods quickly!
