Ordered £700 worth of products on 28th March and still nothing. Absolute disgrace. To all the people (all 4 of them) saying to lay off homemade....firstly, yes these are trying times but that's no excuse when the all competitors are able to fulfil all orders promptly and without this incompetence. Secondly speaking for myself and possibly most others, its not the delay that's causing all the anger amongst it's customers its the lack of communication, the not replying to emails or posts or the emails received making promises that are never kept...let's be clear this anger and frustration is not directed at the average homebase worker, this is directed at the managing director Damian McLoughlin and his management team. If this is how they treat their customers I can only imagine how poorly their staff are being treated. For anyone who purchased items on a credit card for over £100 wanting a refund but unable to get a response from homemade, you can do so through your card provider under section 75. Stay safe folks
