Ordered a shredder before the lockdown and after 3 weeks of nothing I asked for a refund by email .
Well 3 emails and no response later they tryed to deliver the shredder which I refused and emailed again for a refund still 2 weeks later again now 6 weeks in total and no response and no refund and I'm still £120 down and the store now open and got them to answer the phone but they don't deal with online orders just shop orders.
will wait for covid 19 to be over and go small claims if necessary.
