Order placed 29th March. 10 day delivery. Was informed there would be a few days delay( acceptable in the circumstances), 4 weeks later. Nothing. Cancelled via e mail, no response, sent another e mail to reiterate I've cancelled order. FedEx messaged 1st May to say they were delivering on the 4th. Number of items was 5. Odd as my order was for 9. Told FedEx not to deliver, id cancelled the order and contacted my bank to claim my money back. No response to e mails. No phone line whatsoever. Beyond appalling.
