Placed an order on April 20th for gardening equipment. I sent three emails for an updated, but only received an automated response apologising for delay. Last Friday I finally received an update advising me my order had been processed and would be with me in two days. Now today received another update telling me I would get a refund, if I’m lucky, in five days. Dreadful company, have had my money for several weeks. Avoid at all costs, because they simply Don’t Care. Ann
