i have ready reviews here and there but like many others didnt believe what i read here and now i regret, here is my story: ordered sofa from homebase delivery was due in 28 days, got call 1 week before about NOT in stock and wont be delivered until another month, no apologies from homebase, this is second time this has happened and this tie i warned them about leaving bad review which they didnt care for.
Homebase list cheap items which they dont have in stock and once they have taken enough orders from the customers then they place the actual order themselves from the suppliers to get that cheaper price. In my case they didnt have enough customers buying the same sofa and they want to buy more time by saying not in stock and gain another month to offer further cheaper prices to attract more customers to buy that sofa. This is how they work. Avoid at all cost. Pay a bit more and go elsewhere!
