We have raised a matter regarding our mattress that is still under warrantee in June 2023.We are STILL waiting for a replacement of the mattress. We are now actually sleeping on the floor because it is more comfortable. First, we were told that we will be refunded in full to the value of the mattress with interest, then another person jumped in, just as incompetent as the previous person, to say that the mattress will be replaced and that it would take 2 to 14 days, its been another month that passed and still no mattress. First their ''integration systems'' were down, then they didn't have stock, then we would've been refunded, then it will be replaced - Still nothing. NO ONE has even once called telephonically to ask what the delivery address will be, WE as the client had to take the initiative to advise what the delivery address is. NO one emails us back within 24 hours if we don't ask what the feedback on the matter is. it takes 3 to 4 working days for a response. And guess what, another month has past. We cannot believe the service we have been receiving, but DARE MISS A PAYMENT, they'll backlist you. we have never missed a payment still service is not delivered. There is no proud or care in this company to look after their clients - especially when they know you are sleeping on the floor to avoid back aches and pains due to their SH!T springs coming through.
