“I have never received such bad service from a company before. I have a huge problem with this company and I advise no one to open an account with them. Firstly I have a monthly debit order with them of R500. They deduct my money as per agreement however my credit score is messed up and depreciating monthly because Experian picks up all those payments as late payments. Secondly every month I have the same query of having the amount not depreciate after payment an example. Beginning of December 2024 I checked and I was owing R2100 a week later I was now owing R2600, I queried, sent screenshots and they never got back me to. Now Beginning January 2025 after they deducted money, I was back to owing R2100, last night after checking I am back to owing R2600 and no one is willing to escalate this issue. When they assign those rude incompetent call centre agents of theirs to call and make payment arrangements, they are very good at it. However they are big failures in solving problems. On top of all this, I have monthly charges on the account, mind you I hardly get monthly statements or anything related to the account. This is the worst company to ever exist. I am so consistent in paying because I want the money to go down and for me to be able to make a once off payment, but how am I going to be able to do that if I am paying and there’s no difference? Look at the image’s attached and the dates and tell me if that makes sense. I want absolutely nothing to do with this company!!”
“In December 2024 I bought a duck duvet inner from Homechoice, what a waste of my money. Each time I change my bed, the feathers fill the floor and the inner is getting much lighter. I regret because I normally buy my bedding from Woolworths. Here there is just no value for money at all.”

“I ordered a sound system with Home choice on August and I received a message from their head office that my delivery is on the way.I went to the store(mall of tembisa)several times to ask about the delivery but the staff was very rude I only got one respond that they will call me when my order has arrived and they never did.i went there after a month I asked the same question and I got same respond that I should go home n wait so I told the lady to help me cancel the order n she refused telling me that whose going to pay for that order and they cannot sell it again ,mind you I didn't even receive the other n also is not at the store so she asked for my details saying that she want to cancel the order but no she did a stop order for me.The frustrating part is that they call me 7 time a day bullying me that I should pay for my order n they always sending me messages that I should pay.
So the bullying continued until today there still continuing calling and sending messages.i tried calling their office but the guy told me that is non of their business that the bank is charging me for not paying that stop order .
I told them to cancel my account with them and they refused so this is totally fraud and I don't ever wish buying at home choice.such a bad service with unprofessional staff 🚮🚮🚮.very disrespectful I remember the last time was buying the pots and the two ladies (employees)where laughing at me telling me why did I choice those pot I should have taken the other one and why do I have to buy expensive pots at home choice where I could just go to a Makula store and buy nice pots with a reasonable price ....and I regretted for not listening to them because the pots are horrible 😭😭😭”
