I’m very disappointed at the had service I have been receiving at home choice. I placed an order in July and when it came back it was a wrong item so I requested for a return. The parcel has been picked up since the 29th of July and up to this date I have not received my refund of more than R3000. I’m very disappointed because I thought home choice is a genuine shop. The service is very poor.
