Am a second buyer at homechoice,,,,however agents are calling me daily saying that they cannot debit,,,I did inform them that I have never ever received a mandate which I must approve via my bank app,however i did recieve my purchase still,,,and I did ask them to rectify,,,on Saturday on the 18th,,,,today another agent called me asking me when am I making a payment,,,,I was surprised ,,because am still waiting to receive the "mandate" to approve the debit ,,hence am not a first time buyer I've never experienced such,,,,to a point whereby agents are shouting at customers,,,,
