Went there to buy a certain washing machine. Asked to saleswoman if it was in stock and she rudely asked "why did I want to know?"
Bought the washer and scheduled delivery. They left me a voice message that it would be delivered between 9 and 1 the next day. Received a text the next day with the same message. Took a day off from work. Never arrived. Turns out they could not get one till late November. This took place September 23. Found one at Lowes! If I could give this experience zero stars I would!
