I made the mistake of ordering parts online. I found 4 parts missing when the boxes arrived.
I called and text about my missing parts. The people answering the phones are taught to lie and test your patience.
I have missing parts and they will not help me. I am told they have to contact the "vendor" to see what they can do. The vendor is never available so you have to wait for a text, call back or e-mail which you will never receive. Now I understand why the Home Depot ratings are very low.
