Ordered a vanity cabinet for the bathroom in Aug. Estimated delivery was one month out. Went to check the status in Sept to find out that the package was lost !!! Ordered again for a delivery in Oct !!!
Ordered a mirror for the bathroom. Same story - product is lost in transit. We told them to cancel the order. They refuse to refund the money because it can be cancelled only when it is received in the store. Does that make any sense ? There is a lack of visibility between HD and their supplier, but they don't want to take ownership of their problem.
I will not order anything else from HD online....
