Home Depot (Copens Road Pompano Beach FL.) did not deliver the services that I paid for & that they advertise. They sold me a washer and dryer 2 weeks ago and sent a delivery company out the 1st time in the rain and didn't want to get wet so they felt they needed to enter through the front door of my house wet with 2 big machines. This was unacceptable! The 2nd attempt they sent 2 workers who flat out refuse to install with PBC pipes. Home Depot should have known this prior. They drove off and I never got the machines installed. Very unprofessional. I happily demanded a refund. Very unhappy customer.
