I bought an air conditioner and had it installed. 3 weeks later it would not turn on. After multiple phone calls and a visit from the service rep and many hours on hold I was able to have my installation fee refunded— but in the form of an e- gift card that I could not apply toward the AC purchase…I am still out $1200 for the purchase of 2 air conditioner units until I can return the defective one. The next installation time I was given was the end of July. After much fighting I was able to get the e- gift card applied to the new purchase and was contacted for an earlier install date. Overall I am incredibly dissatisfied and will never purchase an appliance from Home Depot again - horrible customer service
