I ordered a small refrigerator that I needed quickly. The item came a day late and I thought it unusual that it would ship from California when I reside in Michigan. The unit arrived and was excessively battered. There was no mention of this being a damaged unit and since the box was intact, I must believe it was shipped in that condition. Customer Service could not find a replacement and wanted us to go to the store, rent a truck, and pay for a more expensive model and then wait 3-5 days for a refund of the original purchase.
Completely criminal!
