I hate the product layout of your stores (i.e. PVC fittings in the store but PVC pipes outside, etc.) but my visit last night I had a positive experience for once. I was struggling getting my purchase to the register and I had an associate named Kennedy asked if he could assist me. Not only did he help get to the register he stood by and carried it out to my vehicle.
