Ordered Samsung washer and dryer. Appt is imagery $1500. Dropped off W/D said corrosion on the valve and refused to put it in. Two weeks later will waiting in someone to put them in. Suppose to have come the 2nd time in the 22nd December. No show. Called and they don’t see the order. Spent hour on ovine just trying to get back my monies I paid for taking away appliances and installation because they wanted us to wait until 28th of December. The appliances have been sitting in the kitchen since 12th of December.
We have always purchased all of our appliances from Home Depot. Won’t be doing that in the future. What a big let down. Oh, and I am still waiting for a call back from the manager.
Zero stars this last go around. Big disappointment.
