I can honestly say Homedepot WOW'D me!!! Started out my lawn mower stopped running-took me 3 months to find my receipt. I called the store I purchased it at and they said as I purchased with my credit card-they would exchange the mower-at any store. When I arrived at Homedepot they said gasoline motors only have a 30 day exchange and EVEN with a,3 year warranty-I'd have to pay to repair it???? Well the repair man repaired it at no charge. Explaining warranties aren't what I thought especially gas powered motors- all Homedepot gasoline products!!
Still SURPRISED that Homedepot repair fixed the mower even though they should have charged me. WOW GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
