I purchased LG built-in Refrigerator from Home Depot. The installer could not come for a couple of weeks, so I left it in the box in my garage. Today the installer came when he unboxed the refrigerator, he pointed out that the top of the refrigerator had been damaged. The top piece was apparently damaged during shipping, Home Depot said that they have a 48-hour policy that they will not replace anything more than 48 hours after delivery. I did not feel that it would have been safe for me to unbox a refrigerator sitting on a pallet. So, I am not pleased to receive a damaged refrigerator from your company after spending $9000.
