Horrible Customer Service!
If you buy an appliance and it is defective from day one of installation, HD will not stand behind the product. They pass responsibility along to the manufacturer. Frigidaire's policy is the THREE technicians have to come out to say that it cannot be fixed and then THREE weeks after you have stayed home for hours to accommodate the techs' schedules, they will let you know if they will replace it. This is the very opposite of Costco. Have never dealt with a more absurd warranty policy in my life.
