We had appliances scheduled for delivery. They went to the wrong address. They claim that they called 30 minutes before. IT WAS A LIE! They got turned away from the address that they were at because it was the wrong address and they still never called. When we called to see where they were, they would not redeliver and they couldn't even reschedule. You have to call back tomorrow and find out when they might be able to reschedule. No one cares at Home Depot. They can't make calls to the local carrier to solve a problem. They make mistakes and they do nothing to correct their errors. We spen 20k plus a year with them. Time to switch to the blue.
