The number will of course lead you through 10 recordings designed to make sure you NEVER speak to a human. DO NOT purchase one of their ridiculous hoax 'protection plans.' Home Depot will protect NOTHING. The worthless 'protection plan' you purchased will be through the manufacturer of the product, and that manufacturer will, like Home Depot, have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Driving right back to the store tomorrow to demand a refund on the worthless fake 'protection plan' they tricked me into buying. Only went here in the first place b/c I had a gift card I needed to get rid of.
