Placed an order for over $600 for numerous items for a bathroom remodel. It was spit into 4 shipments. 2 shipments showed up were fine the 3rd shipment claimed there were 2 faucets I ordered for our double vanity. THERE WAS ONLY 1! I called and was told oh we split it up it will arrive later today..total BS called back a few hours later when nothing showed up. This person was more helpful and said yes there is a problem. Now I have to get a refund and then reorder....Oh this puts my project back days! ALL YOU OFFERED WAS A 15% DISCOUNT!!! YOU HAVE TO BE F'ING KIDDING ME!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!! IF IT ISN'T IN THE STORE FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! THEIR ONLINE SERVICE BLOWS DONKEY NUTS
