I bought double sink vanity, the two first times the delivery team came, there were only one or two persons, so they were not able to lift in my order, the third time, they showed up 3 guys, lifted the vanity upstairs, and unwrapped it, to find out the counter top was cracked, then they called costumer service, which agreed that they would leave the cabinets and order a new counter top with double sinks, after waiting for almost two weeks, they contacted us to ask if we were satisfied with our service??? Then i told that i have been in dialogue with them several times to get an update on my countertop, then the assistant said that they couldn't just order a new piece they need to return the whole unit and order a new one, and by the way, the vanity you bought is not in stock anymore, even if it says 29 in stock.
WORST Costumer service EVER!!!
