Home Depot online ordering has been one of the biggest disappointments. I ordered a vanity 12 days ago. After missing my delivery date multiple times and numerous calls to the resolution team, nothing has been resolved and I do not have a vanity. I was informed the shipping company is too busy to deliver my order and I can wait until next year to receive my order. At this point I asked for a refund. I was put on hold over an hour, informed management was in a meeting and too busy to speak to me, they might call me back at their convenience. So no product, no refund. I'd call that theft. Needless to say I will not shop online or in-store at Home Depot as they ripped me off $700.
Buyer beware when ordering from Home Depot. Also note HUB group was the shipping company. Very unreliable.
