I strongly caution anyone against purchasing appliances from Home Depot. I placed an order three weeks ago with a promised delivery within two days. After being given a four-hour delivery window, I waited, but the appliances never arrived. The delivery was rescheduled for the following week, and despite confirming over the phone that they were on the way, nothing showed up again. Hoping the third time would be the charm, I confirmed once more and waited all morning, only to discover after hours on the phone that my order had been canceled without explanation. Now, I’m left chasing a refund, wasting even more time and energy. This has been an infuriating experience, full of broken promises and zero accountability. Avoid Home Depot for appliances at all costs!
