I'm fine with going to the store and getting what I need but the online order is another realm of its own.
I ordered 1 package of light bulbs, 48 bulbs in a single package. When the order was delivered, I only received 12 of the 48 with the order claiming to be complete.
I called customer service and they issued a return, and we reordered the same product again. Once again the order was delivered, but I only received 12 bulbs. So I called again and asked for another return, this time no reorder. Both orders were picked up and return to a warehouse. Order 2 was accepted and the refund was issued while order 1 went through investigation.
After 2 weeks I received an email saying that order 1 was denied a refund because "Our return verification process has identified that we did not receive the item(s) you selected for this return."
Honestly i feel like I'm being set up. You guys are claiming I did not return the right product when I did not even receive the right product to begin with. Now their third party refund team is saying I need a transaction #, funny enough this # does not exist so now I have to wait for Home Depot IT department to create a ticket and fix this issue.
We could've avoided all this if your packaging team just shipped me the correct order consisting of 48 light bulbs to begin with but now we are here wasting everyone's time.
