I ordered $3300 worth of appliances with the understanding that the delivery driver would call me the day before with a 4 hour delivery window. At 7am the day of, they called to tell me they were 10 minutes away. Since I was unable to get to the house in 10 minutes, they canceled my delivery. I called Home Depot and canceled my order. It shouldn’t be hard to spend that kind of money. I won’t order from there again.
You know who did come through for me and got me the appliances the same day? ABC Warehouse. They were so helpful and accommodating.
