No wonder Home Depot has a 1.7 star rating especially for its online purchases. I ordered an Aqua clear whirlpool bathtub online which was going to be a Christmas present for my wife since we are going to remodel our master bathroom after the new year. I ordered it and Paid for it in full on December 3 and was given a delivery date of December 7, of course this didn’t happen! I received an email that the delivery was delayed several times. I reached out by phone to their 800# and text message communication and was told the tub was in Hatfield Pa which is about an hour from Easton Pa. On the 16th of December I was texted it was out for delivery, I also received an email saying the order was canceled. CANCELED!! By who???? Yup they canceled my order because apparently they lost it. How the hell do you lose a bath tub ??!!!!! I will never purchase anything from Home Depot again! Thanks Home Depot you suck!!
