Having just moved to town, we were delighted at the service we received at the Strongsville Home Depot at the corner of Pearl Road and Sprague. We walked in clueless and a little apprehensive, but after meeting John S, we realized we would be able to acquire the supplies we needed, and were assured that we had bought both quality and practical merchandise. We remain thankful to John for his kind and thorough service which included making key duplicates after helping us pick out the appropriate locks, door fixtures. He took time until we understood what we needed to do! We will revisit Home Depot, specifically the door and window department and ask for John for our upcoming projects.
