I have been shopping in store as well as online for a PVC privacy fence with little success. Yesterday I went back to the store in Murrells Inlet SC. to try to understand the parts and pieces, which were spread out in two different locations, but maybe an employee could assist me. The first employee I spoke to had very little knowledge or desire to help me. Then came "Bob" from the pro desk. He not only had the desire to help but the knowledge to check inventory, the willingness to go out back and search. He admitted inventories were incorrect. Then solved my issues by ordering from another store, adding additional materials, to the tune of over $800.00 with a delivery the next day. HOME DEPOT you should be proud to have Bob as an employee. This was incredible customer service that is not usually experienced at the big box stores. It was almost like I was shopping at the Amazon website in person. Fantastic job Bob, Thank You!
