I specifically went to Home Depot to order a specific fridge. They took the order for the fridge, cooktop and pots and pans. We moved across the country so this was a critical part of the move. The day of the scheduled delivery - no one shows up. I called only to find out that the system cancelled my order. She said well this happens - no email, no phone call...just cancelled! A HUGE ORDER JUST CANCELLED! All that was offered was for us to reorder and its on back order until after Thanksgiving - its October 15th! I understand its COVID and things are on back order but that is why we ordered before we left so we would have this appliance in place at the right time! HORRIBLE HOME DEPOT JUST HORRIBLE! You can email me receipts, take our payments via our Home Depot credit card which emails me through the system but not email me when a very important order is cancelled via your system? Your system cancelled the order and now you make this my fault and situation to rectify! This is just awful of your company!
