WORST EXPERIENCE OF BUYING RECORDS IN 40 YEARS
horizonsmusic have had my £175 since the 3 August. They never had the stock and will never get it but still they advertise it on they website
Instead of giving me a refund when I asked for it, they want to abuse me, the customer on the phone instead.
Holding onto my money for as long as possible. Now I have to wait for the long drawn-out paypal process until I'm refunded.
horizons music also uses deflecting tactics to cover up their abysmal to their customer. Look at the review below same old story
