“Ordered a record online in September 2024, then told it was not in stock, and then they refused to refund my money. Finally agreed to refund after a back and forth and then never refunded it 3 months later. Now been told it's too late to refund it!! Absolute criminal operation. BEWARE”
“Ordered in good faith. Was asked to “remind” them about the order. No updates. No response. Then when I asked for a refund, they ignored then asked if I wanted store credit. They then told me it would be 14 days until they would start the refund process. Chased multiple times after the 14 days. Eventually did receive the refund. Vile company. Scammers!!”
“I also made the fatal mistake of ordering from Horizon Music in early Jan 2025. I received no communication that any order had ever been shipped. When I contacted them they seemed rather keen to fob me off with a credit note given they never had the item in stock in the first place. I immediately asked for a refund and they ignored that request. I had to email them back again and then I got the standard boiler plate reply they send everyone where they say it will take 14 days to issue a refund. I'm still waiting.”
“Placed an order in August for an item that appeared to be in stock. When it didn't arrive, I contacted them to be told that it was on order with the supplier. After a few months of waiting with no updates, I started requesting a refund. At this point they stopped responding to my emails. After finally managing to get a response from them, they are now saying that I can't have a refund, only a store credit. Looking through other reviews here, it seems many others have had a similar experience. Avoid this store.”

No reply to emails, dead (fake?) phone line and a huge amount of spam begging you to buy their non-existent products.

Horizon music lied from the beginning. I have ordered a mark lanegan bubblegum vinyledition book, paid it via mastercard, they said it is possible to order. Then it took weeks and weeks to get an answer, they always told me it will took a month to have my money back, but I never got my money back, very bad costumer service. They are liars and swindlers who have taken my money in amount of 150€!! Don‘t order anything!!!
Eine auf der Homepage lieferbare Vinylbox von Mark Lanegan um 150€ bestellt, erst auf Nachfrage wurde mir nach Wochen mitgeteilt dass sie gar nicht mehr lieferbar ist. Dann auf vier Wochen vertröstet worden, dass die Rückerstattung soviel zeit in Anspruch nehme. Gedroht mit Konsumentenschutz und Anwalt, leider ohne Erfolg, 150€ sind weg.

The day it was supposed to arrive, they tell me that actually they don’t have it and asked if I’d like credit or a refund. I chose a refund, this was meant to have been processed so I’d have it back after 14 days - THIS NEVER HAPPENED. After chasing again I was told that my refund had been processed and would be received in 5-7 days?! So the original was never processed. Plus they won’t send an official confirmation of the refund. SCAMMERS!”
