If you HAVE TO, if you REALLY, REALLY HAVE TO and after the discussion with your gods you still HAVE TO* buy anything from Horizon - use PayPal for your protection.
It took me longer than a month and many stupid emails about nothing from them to finally receive a refund and only because I started a claim via PayPal attaching all emails, screenshots etc.
