I feel very loathed to give it 1 star. this is a cowboy company, it seems to me like they have managed to pull in feeds from other music websites and try and present that they have music in stock when they don't anything. who in the 21st century still uses btinternet.com for a professional web mail account (most people would use the domain address). I've been waiting 3 weeks for my vinyl and neil stopped responding to me 2 weeks ago. I've contacted my bank to get the money back, this individual's website needs to be taken offline and reported to the trading standards. complete rip off and makes a mockery of all those passionate music lovers who work so hard to provide us with great music.
