Same experience as everyone else here. Neil Monteiro has stopped responding now, but after he took my £28 and didn't ship the record, he initially responded to me saying 'I'm extremely doubtful we'll get the record in stock' (and nothing else...). A few people have mentioned Trustpilot here - my friend works there and showed me the Salesforce page for Horizons Music - they are actually BLOCKED now due to a large number of dubious reviews... Says it all really... Neil is nothing but a criminal and a conman - it has to be a matter of time before he gets caught for all this
