I recently placed my first order with Horizons Music, assuming I was buying items that were actually in stock. As soon as I signed up I was BOMBARDED with emails EVERY DAY trying to sell me things I didn't want! After 5 days I contacted them as I had heard nothing regarding my order. Horizons Music eventually replied and informed me that BOTH ITEMS I had ordered were OUT OF STOCK! Had I not contacted them I would still be waiting for an order thay they could not fulfil! They then gave me 3 options, 1, wait until next year as it might be back in stock. 2, choose alternatives. 3, credit to spend at a later date. No mention of a refund for selling me imaginary items! Luckily I had paid through PayPal and opened a case with them. PayPal resolved the problem and a refund was issued This was my first encounter with Horizons Music and definitely my last! I buy a lot of vinyl and don't have any problems with anyone else! Prospective buyers, think twice before ordering from Horizons Music!
