How are these people still trading? I bought an order, nothing to say when it was coming. A few months later I get an email and jogged my memory this vinyl has never been delivered or sent. Eventually I get a replay asking if I want credit. Four months later!!! I want a refund, I bet if I hadn’t chased up I wouldn’t have even got a refund. Then had the cheek to say 7 WORKING days for the refund to get to me. I’ve contacted my bank for fraud and am taking this matter further. AVOID.
