I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this so called company. I placed an order on the 28th April for two vinyls, which came to roughly £61.00 with next day delivery. The items never showed up the next day, which was a Thursday, so I looked on the site and luckily for me, telephone calls were only answered on a Wednesday and Thursday. I called and got an automated message, so I emailed. The reply Neil sent back was that one record was out of stock, which apparently it said on the website when I ordered it, I know for a fact they were both in stock and questioned why would I pay next day delivery for an item not in stock and also why did he not send me the other one that he apparently had in stock. I also then asked for my order to be cancelled and a refund issued.I received an email saying the order was cancelled and I would be refunded within 30 days. I could see the problems other reviewers were having getting their money back, so got on to my bank and was advised I could set up a dispute fourteen days after the payment was taken. I started the dispute on the 12th May and the money was back in my account within a couple of days. I would never buy from this company again.
