Same experience as other reviews. This company is engaged in systematic fraud of its customers. I placed an order for over GBP 100 of vinyl three and a half months ago and have not received anything since apart from excuses and false promises that the situation will be resolved. It has not, and communication with Horizons Records has been characterised by rude emails from their side and total lack of responsibility. I strongly recommend all others that have been scammed by this company / fraud operation to make a report to Trading Standards and the UK Insolvency Service.
